About the Event
During the IBA Annual Conference 2026 in Copenhagen, the Swiss Arbitration Centre, in partnership with the Danish Institute of Arbitration and Kromann Reumert, is supporting a panel discussion titled 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Swiss-Danish Reflections on Arbitrator Behaviour'. Scheduled for 8 October 2026 from 15:30 to 17:30 at the offices of Kromann Reumert in Copenhagen, the panel brings together international arbitration practitioners to examine arbitrator conduct, neutrality, and case management factors that inspire or undermine confidence in arbitral tribunals.
