About the Event
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration is a 10 ECTS joint postgraduate degree from the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel, offered in cooperation with the Swiss Arbitration Academy. Designed for working professionals, the course offers practical training by over 30 international practitioners across four intensive modules between June 2026 and April 2027. Training includes mock case pleading, role play, drafting submissions, and interactive discussions.
