About the Event
Legal practitioners, in-house counsel, and representatives of arbitral institutions from Switzerland and the UAE will gather on 15 October 2026 at White & Case's offices in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) for an afternoon session on contractual performance disruptions and dispute resolution. Co-organized by the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) ahead of the ASA Arbitration Retreat 2026, the event features welcome remarks and a panel discussion exploring how market developments, geopolitical events, and disruptive circumstances affect contractual performance, followed by networking drinks.
