About the Event
This in-person seminar hosted by the International Bar Association in Tokyo on 15 October 2026 examines international accountability mechanisms for Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Legal experts, government representatives, and academics will analyze victim compensation frameworks—including the Register of Damage, Claims Commission, and Compensation Fund—and discuss the establishment and role of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. Attendance is free of charge with advance registration required by 13 October 2026.
