On 2 October 2026, ICC Secretary General John W.H. Denton AO welcomed delegates to ICC Global Headquarters in Paris for a high-level roundtable during Argentina Week. The event focused on commercial opportunities under the Mercosur-EU framework and legal conditions driving trade and investment, including agribusiness, infrastructure, global value chains, legal certainty, and international arbitration. During the roundtable, ICC announced PromArgentina as a Technical Partner in TradeRoots Americas and signed a joint statement with Argentina's Ministry of Justice, represented by Minister Juan Bautista Mahiques and Ambassador Ian Sielecki, to strengthen public-private cooperation and legal predictability.
