About the Event
ASA Local Group Svizzera Italiana (GASI) will host a seminar on 21 October 2026 in Lugano to discuss recent developments in Swiss commercial and sports arbitration. The seminar will also introduce the Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate and Foundation Disputes (TEF Rules), examining procedural structures, operational challenges, advantages over state court litigation, and practical implications for end users. Speakers include arbitration experts Marco Vedovatti and Werner Jahnel.
