The Australasian Association of Private International Law (AAPrIL) is hosting its fourth online seminar of 2026 on Thursday, 29 October 2026. Chaired by Jack Wass, the free event features Margaret Casey KC discussing cross-border surrogacy, parentage recognition, and private international law challenges. The discussion will cover the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) experts group project and evaluate reform legislation being considered in New Zealand for modern global families.
