Individual Membership is open to any individual who is interested in China and Switzerland in the legal perspectives. If you are looking to expand your international network, gain new business, build your profile by joining our SCLA network.

Institutional membership

Corporate membership is exclusive to in-house lawyers, for one annual payment, your entire in-house team will become SCLA members. This entitles the in-house team to complimentary delegate passes to selected SCLA conferences, and invitations for your senior team to attend two private events for corporate members held every year. The annual fee of corporate membership starts from 300 EUR.

Small-sized companies

With an annual turnover of up to 5 Mio. All legal counsels of the same company become members and receive equal benefits. EUR 300 / year

Medium-sized companies, Institutions, Associations

With an annual turnover between EUR 5 Mio. up to EUR 50 Mio. All legal counsels of the same company become members and receive equal benefits. EUR 450 / year

Large Companies

Large corporations with an annual turnover of EUR 50 Mio. and more. All legal counsels of the same company become members and receive equal benefits. EUR 700 / year

Terms and Conditions:

By paying the membership fee, you confirm that you have taken note of the Articles of Association, that you agree to act in accordance with the Association Values and the Code of Conduct, and that you are applying for membership of the Swiss Chinese Law Association from the date of payment. A payment receipt will be sent to the email you provide. By choosing to become a member, individuals and organizations give consent to the Association to hold information including names, postal addresses, and email addresses. Should members wish to cancel their membership, they may either not renew their membership at the end of a calendar year or contact the Association to terminate their membership early. In either case, the member profile will be removed from the member directory but data will be retained regarding activity with the Association e.g. blog posts, comments, payment records, etc. This data can be anonymized if requested.
