About the Event
The ASA Local Group Geneva will host a session titled 'From Award to Collection: Bridging the Enforcement Gap' on 13 October 2026 at the CCIG in Geneva. Legal professionals and arbitration practitioners will discuss practical, legal, and strategic considerations involved in enforcing arbitral awards, including the New York Convention, sovereign immunity challenges, asset tracing and recovery, and third-party funding. The event will also introduce the new ASA Art Group and conclude with a networking reception.
